4. Completion & Walk-Through
Final details are finished, a comprehensive inspection is done, and we walk you through every corner of your home to ensure it meets expectations. The result: move-in ready, your vision fully realized.
1. Foundation & Dried-In
We prepare the site, pour the foundation, and complete framing, roofing, and exterior walls. With windows and doors installed, your home is “dried-in” and protected from the elements.
2. Rough-In Stage
Plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems are installed, inspected, and approved. This stage covers the unseen essentials that make your home function for decades to come.
3. Finishes begin
Insulation, drywall, and interior trim go in. Cabinetry, flooring, tile, and paint bring the build to life, while fixtures and final details add the finishing touch.
